At the Stables Day Nursery, we are continually reflecting on the service we provide, and we know from experience that communication between you and your nursery is paramount and key to a healthy relationship.

We do not send endless newsletters, diaries, letters home that then end up lost meaning you miss pyjama day and end up feeling like the worlds worst parent (yes, we have been there).

We value our communication with you and appreciate that are our families are busy and need to access information at a time that is convenient for them.

We therefore provide you with a one stop shop app called famly. (yes, it is spelt like that).

Famly starts from the very moment you sign up to nursery. You will enter all your important contact details, inform us of dietary needs, routines, special occasions, and we will share all our policies and permission forms with you, this helps us to start building a picture of your child’s needs before they have even begun their visits.

Once you have begun at nursery the Famly app will provide you with your invoices and payments, a daily news feed on what the children have been doing, direct access to message your keyperson or nursery manager, your child’s developmental observations, a photo gallery, your child’s development tracker, sleep times, accidents, nappy changes, meal, and snack times including how much they have drank and reporting illness or absence due to holidays.

The app has proved itself again and again as a vital tool to a successful nursery- parent relationship.
